Always use a non acetone nail varnish remover recommended by your therapist.
Never pick, chew or pull your nail enhancements off, always have them removed by your therapist who can carry out a manicure afterwards to tidy your nails.
Maintenance is recommended every two weeks for re- balancing, if left too long in between the fills your nails can become top heavy and lift around the cuticle area or break. By making sure you stick to regular fills you will be less likely to break them as the bond and structure of your enhancement will be stronger!

Never use your nails as tools.

It is advisable to wear gloves when washing up and using chemicals, use some cuticle oil around the nail first.

Avoid prolonged time in very hot water especially with nails that have tips.
When decorating always wear gloves and avoid steaming without gloves as this steam can lift the nails and when they become damp and warm underneath the enhancement the nail can get an infection which is apparent as a small brownish green area under the enhancement.

If any infection occurs while you are wearing nail enhancements please visit you therapist so the nail enhancement can be removed and treated.

If you break a nail please see your therapist for a quick repair so that you have no problems with the broken nail.

Most of all look after your nails and visit your salon regularly for them to look their best!!!
